At our coffee bar we are constantly trying to come up with new ways to incorporate LOCAL and ORGANIC ingredients. We are happy to serve Kauai Roastery Coffee and Espresso from Moloa'a Bay Farms. One of our favorite ways to incorporate the local flavor of Kauai is by adding a little sweetness to our beverages with Honest Hawaiian Honey from The Fisher Farm out of Kapa'a, Kauai, Hi. This local honey has a lovely amber color and delicate floral flavor. All honey is not created equal. As the Fisher's will tell you every honey has a unique flavor that comes from the flower pollen that bees have access to. The array of local tropical flowers on Kauai create a unique sweetness. We are proud to serve Honest Hawaiian Honey. The pride the Fisher family shows for their produce and the love they have for their bees is a perfect example of why we love to support local farmers. To get your hands on some of this beautiful honey stop by the Farmers Market at the Shops at Kukui'ula on Wednesday afternoons or come by Cortado and sample Honest Hawaiian Honey in one of our signature beverages, like the Coco Loco or the Iced Bittersweet Mocha.
